Changes since version 1.9:

Added ticket dispenser test.  Jammed tickets are now reported in
tech alert.  Coil drives used for ticket dispenser operation (AUX 1-3,
coils #33-35) can no longer be activated in coil test.

Shaker motor default adjustment default value changed from 'NONE' to
'MODERATE USE'.

*** System Changes since V1.32:

Changed greece pricing from EURO 6 to EURO 8.  Short month names in
certain languages were too long.  This has been corrected.

Fixed problems with U.K and Spain tournament prize pool messages.

The USB backup test now checks the free space on a USB memory stick
and refuses to save the game image to the stick if there is insufficient
space to do so.

Coil wire messages are now formatted as "X / Y".  Lamp tests were
this way, but everything else was not (for whatever reason).  Added
functions to the "switch" API to format switch numbers and names.

Ticket dispenser API changed so that tickets can be dispensed without
clicking the meter (if defined).  This is used by ticket dispenser test,
as dispensing a ticket in the test will not click the meter.

Factory default Spain pricing is now EURO8 (1/e1.00, 3/e2.00).

Fixed a problem with changing the dip switches.  When the dip
switches were changed and the game was rebooted, the system would not
install the proper adjustment override values associated with the
new dip switch settings.  This has been corrected.

Added tournament settings for Spain.

Added tournament settings for UK.
